I am very pleased with your offer to conduct an interview on the given date, and for that, thank you very much.
However, I regret to say that as much as I would love to go to the interview and pursue an internship in your company in order to increase my skills in this field that I am taking, I am not gonna (should be “going to”) be able to fulfill the said requirements anymore since I only have 1 month left until the start of my term. By then, I will only be free and able to work again by June until the end of July. Add to that, I am currently studying in Malaysia and it would be very impractical for me to do an Internship in the Philippines while studying in Malaysia, as I would not have the means and luxury to do so (i think it should be “such” and not “so”….OMG).
I am very sorry for the inconvenience to your part and I sincerely regret it. :(

(sigh). i just turned down a very good opportunity for me to increase my skills in the Accounting Industry…. i am very sad, and regretful. and to top it all, this was actually my first and ONLY offer since i started looking for a job 1 month and 16 days ago. :(
